What is Pre-Go-Live?

Pre-go-live is a service we offer to members during the transition between their current and new health insurance. We can help answer questions about clinical and care coordination, such as:

  • Will my medication be covered under my new health plan?
  • How do I know if my provider is in network?
  • If I have a scheduled procedure, how do I get it preauthorized under the new health plan?

For general benefit questions please reach out to your Human Resources department.

When should Pre-Go-Live be utilized?

Pre-Go-Live is available to members for 30 days prior to the new health plan effective date.

Inquiries for a dependent

If inquiring about another family member (dependent) covered by the plan, please provide detailed name and date of birth of that member in the “brief description of your question” section.
